Congratulations to Dylan Reel for being named a "Leading Lobbyist" by Business North Carolina! 

The inaugural list recognizes those who "fight for free-market outcomes that will benefit all North Carolinians, not just special interests seeking handouts or carve-outs" and are "responsive, able to present both sides of policy/bill, honest, knowledge of both chambers, with the ability to influence discussion."
